Been using the 885 maps for about a week now and there seems to be an issue with the locations, On the old Maps the location I travel to alot is 100% accurate but on the 885 maps it takes me some were about 3miles away any ideas on a fix?

So when you enter your Postcode XXX XXX it gives you the correct street but when it plans the route its way out and ...

I dont use this anymore and im going to give it my dad ?

can i add a voice and camera hoy spots on this one.

Plugged my TT XL into computer and it updated the navcore to 9.401 via TT Home, I'm running UK and NI v 880.3810 thanks to this great site. I had to re patch my TT with fast activate to get it to work again but the problem is I cannot set the distance from the speed cameras in either time or distance to activate the warning, it's not in the menu anymore, any ideas ...

With 9.051 I had a startup script, which executed another shell script on the device boot, but it was tied into a long script provided by Mirelle (or smth).

I tried to create a new one, but the Tomtom doesn't boot up with this one.
Could someone take a look and tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

Hi all, I've just updated to the 885 UK & ROI maps. I tried to navigate to a POI (a hotel that I know), and when it planned the route, it was in the wrong place by about a mile.

When I put in the postcode of the hotel, it is correct. I navigated there ok, and then again put in the POI, which still said it was over a mile away, even though I ...

I have a Go live 740 and would like to use it for trucks. Is there a navcore I can put on it and then use truck maps so it can select routes avoiding low bridges and weight limits etc?

Here you can find the 885 maps as an easy to use pack with installer and FastActivate.

Unpack the archive and start the installer, make sure to follow the promts and to use only the drive letter when ask for it , no extra folders!
