I have got Primo 2 working with truck attributes but I have a gong before every instruction and its driving me crazy I have put in
ding=0 in the sys,txt file but it still does it.
Any ideas please ?

The manufacturer of my chinese aftermarket claims that my unit is dual zone (I can hear radio and Nav at same time).

I had dual zone in my Jetta (different unit) and the nav voice cuts out the radio in the front speakers, while the rear speakers still play the radio.

Maybe it was the IGO8 software they shipped with the unit, but does anyone know if dual zone controls are hardware or software specific? ...

I have got Primo 1.2 installed and running on my HTC Touch Diamond 2, but there is an issue once I have exited the program. It seems to exit OK and if I look in the task manager there are no applications running, but the battery runs flat very quickly. I have to reboot the phone to stop it running the battery flat after I've used the sat nav. It is currently running WM6.1. ...

While I wait for an answer for my upgrade to a HD unit, I downloaded Chas521 IGO8 package. iGO 8.3.5.183522

Do I just need to add maps, POI's...etc and adjust the resolution to 800x480?

This is in case I can't use my old IGO8.3.2.

BTW...I'm curious, would it be easier to copy/paste his .sys into my IGO8.3.2. to get my software working on the new unit?

How can I install IGO primo on my memm card? Which files on the flash disk (Visual installed) I have to change in order for Visual to find the Igo exe on the mem storage card? The memory of the flash is not sufficient to install Igo Primo.
