my son is working abroad with his tt one v2 but i have a full back up of his device on my computer. if i do a 2gb sd card with patched maps and navcore will it work on his device with the original internal memory i.e. unpatched. i think it probably will, but if it will not you'll save me the price of an expensive stamp.

I'm trying to update the map on my tomtom but fastactivate.exe is giving me the following error:

File TTGO.BIF or TTNAVIGATOR.BIF not found.


I am running fastactivate.exe from the root folder of my tomtom device and TTGO.BIF is indeed located in the root file of my XXL 540, but the other one is not.

One thing that I saw that seems strange, is that when I run fastactivate.exe from my desktop I get the same ...

I have just installed Primo 2 onto my Wince device.It loads ok in the end but when it gets to loading voice contents it stops for what seems an age before moving onto the next stage of loading.Can anyone please suggest if I can speed it up a bit?

I have Wince6 Chinese PNA .. the problem is when I restart the PNA, I have to do the whole setting again. Also it delete the desktop shortcuts i have created. Also the System Sound gets to the original position after restart.. is there any Setting file which I can make Read only and then i don't have to correct the Setting every time?

I have igo primo 2 installed on my basic android phone. I have the POI KML files installed.

I have Have installed the KML files in the folder
\iGO\content\userdata\poi

For the icons I used a 256 color BMP file with resolution 22x22 and placed them in the folder with the same name as the POI KML file except with the BMP extention

\iGO\content\userdata\usericon

The installed poi files work fine, except the custom icon is not ...

How do you enable speed cams in Primo 2? Is there some trick?

Today, I just bought my new car (Chevrolet Malibu) and would like to know if it's possible to change my Original Navteq system with a Tomtom configuration.

I just know that my car nav works with a SD Card and wince 6.0

just turned on my go720 running latest navcore 9.465 and I no longer get sound from internal speaker with any voice...if I go into settings and change to line-out (audio cable) then connect headphone speakers I can hear the voice sound fine through them...have tried loading an old backup onto sd card but just the same...I have checked and sound is turned on in preferences...only thing I can think of is battery does not hold ...
