Help !
I have been asked to put truck map on a freinds XL but am having trouble.
I put nav 8.398 and map 900.4612 on 4gb sd card but it wont boot up.
Bootloader is 55112.
Keeps trying which is very trying !
I have used fastactivate to recognise map which it seems to do but no boot.
The One XL is i believe a 32mb UK and ROI model.

Any advice please.

The signpost pops up with a Ding, but no voice instruction.

How do I remove the Emulation menu to make a device novice friendly?

I recall reading something to this effect, I think just involved modifying a file in notepad and setting a certain emulation code.
I searched for a while but couldn't find the thread.

Maps are navcore specific, rather than device specific.
The rows are the map versions for the map Edition that the chart is supporting.
The columns are the various navcores in use (not all navcores are listed).
If you don't see your navcore listed, read between the lines of the navcores that are older & newer than yours.
If the point, where a row & a column cross, has a Y in a green box, ...
