Nobody will be able to help you, without some additional info about your system, not even Toyota.
In 2012 there was at least 7 different Toyota systems to chose from.
For a start you could provide a picture of the headunit.

It's Toyota Touch & Go 1
search ebay or similar to buy activation code and map files, should be around 35 €.
