Toyota Camry Hybrid, navigation system vs traffic info????

Got myself a 2012 Camry Hybrid with the 6 inch display navigation system (6 button not 10!)

I am told the Traffic systems is in it but it dont work, car is in Canada not USA, thus not running using ETUNE??? according to some posting on Toyota forum it should be RDS-TMC, but it just dont work...

help ANYONE????
