I have a factory Garmin 10R-04 6953 M/N 4NSF navigation from Seat

When I turn on the device, a message appears on the black screen:
BL: 1.7
OS: 1.00
BT: H14423-V2R9
And the device remains in this state.

The updateme.exe file is missing from the archive from the link above, do you know where to get it?

I have a Navigon 10R-04 6953 GPS integrated in a Seat Ibiza (OEM PID V2 model) that is stuck on the bootloader screen showing:
BL: 3.62 OS: 2.33 BT: h14423-v2r43
I’ve already tried restoring it using branddevice.reg and UserSettingsDevMode.default, but the system won’t boot.
I believe the boot partition or essential system files are missing.
Could someone please share a working backup or the correct .gcd firmware file for this model?
