How to:
Simply download the installer, it is an EXE file that will unpack and start the installer.
I choose this way to make it easy for every user that is not too familiar with extracting and copying.

When Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) was released, we've found out that we get an error message when installing Igo Primo on an external SDcard. The error message pops up when the installation try to create the sys.txt, and when all settings should be save in the "save" folder.
The reason is that this version of Android blocks the option of writing data to the external SDcard.
Some people will just root (removes factory limitations) the device ...

Here the simplest solution to unlock Garmin maps.

Protected toolkit_2254_x86 or Garmin Garmin file toolkit_2254_x64

Just open the system that matches your application.
Drag the locked map into the blank window.
Wait a few seconds to gather information.
It will report if locked.
In that case click on "Unlock File"
