hI, i need help setting english languaje on my car system, after reset it only shows chinesse characters and cant tell anyhing from it, i went to setting (cog icon), tried every option, but none seems to be the right one.

Hi,
I have Chinese unit wince 6.0 MCU:GLD01.160722(54).
Unit is installed in my car and I want to install a rear cam.
It has a 18 pin connector in the unit but hasn't the RCA to 18 pin adaptor. I can't find a suitable adaptor cable for it. Anyone can point it out or tell me the adaptor pinout? I am ok at electronics and can adapt a connector to camera cable.
