I came into possession of a Sony NV-u73tw.
Only does not know, I've already downloaded ActiveSync and I would possibly be able to approach with the sony.
Only this will not work, the Sony will do, but I think that something has changed the internal software or something.

I have bought a device to locate GPS5HD-FVB 800x400dpi production from China (as shown below), when I bought, the sellers were built using the map PapagoX5SE Vietmap July 2010 (version X3D).
Currently Vietmap have upgrade in March 2011 but I can not update map information because I heard they changed to the version Papago H8 (but the file is updated X8).
