I see it are 12 .rar files.
Use winrar and unrar them (just unrar part 1, the rest should automatically follow)
I don't know what the result is, probably an iso file, which is an disc image. You cannnot just burn that file to a CD/DVD .

the iso it's split over 12 rar files, put all of them into the same directory and double click part one only, winrar will find and extract the rest automatically.

Extract the files on PC, will have 2 Files named: 464110-9060.ISO and 464110-9060.MDS (small one-9KB)

I will recomand you to use ImgBurn, is a free software, install ImgBurn than select 464110-9060.MDS, right click and select "burn with ImgBurn", the program will run in automatc, burn with low speed and if you use DVD DL+R have to set Booktype to DVD-ROM

More info about booktype setting here

Yes I did and none of them are reliable. No progress on the download, they are no use.

Why has WinRAR file 10 been removed???? This is of no use if this file is not available. In fact the whole site is absolute crap!!! If you are going to offer a Sat Nav service then do it so users can easily download the files without all the CRAP of paying!!!!!

Message received is as follows:

Error

Code: ER_HDC_100420140125
Possible causes:
* Typo in the link
* The file was deleted by its owner.
* The file was deleted / locked
