Well, thanks to the good people here I've managed to:
Install Igo 8 onto my old Binatone X350 (which I use in UK and Europe),
Updated 5 TomTom Ones for the lads at work,
Added Igo8 and TT Nav 7 to a works NavMan S50,
Updated the map on a works Garmin Nuvi and
Just got TT Truck working right on a 32mb TT One XL for my mate.

Now that I'm officially a sat ...

Does anyone knows firmware for Longhorn/Geographic Gogo 902. Mine one was brick and can not even read sd card. Here is the info bout the device:

is it possible to edit the register on a couple of binatone units,to stop the memory defaulting
to a set thing,ie when a unit switched on the memory scale is set about half way,i can move
the slider to the left as far it will go,press ok,but when i reboot the unit it defaults back to the middle

also when you use ceregeditor you can make back up or reflash the back up to the ...

traffic master smartdrive anyone got one,are they worth putting igo or tomtom
on them,i cant really find out much about them,apart from you gotta pay
for routes

Now I know the splash screen on the NavMan S50 cannot be changed, as it's in ROM (I learned that from searching here :)).

I've now got Igo8, the original software and TT Nav7 running on my S50, and my question is, can I increase the size of the icons on the spalsh screen?

It's just that I've got fat fingers and the 3 icons are small :)

I have a Myguide sat nav system with maps that areolder than gods dog. Is there any way of updating this or do I have to buy another model altogether. Thanks in advance.....

I have unlocked the unit and copied Navigator folder to the root dir of the unit. I also picked the latest Maps for UK
United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_880.3868 with Automatic Installer & Patcher
also in the root dir i have AutoActivate.exe
