I need help with the device mentioned in the title.
It was just booting fine yesterday, but now when I turn it on it just shows a black screen. I wasn't deleting any important data except the iGo config file, because I couldn't get it to work

Is it some windows CE problem or what could this be?

EDIT: It works now, just tried it again and now it works

I picked up a secondhand W3G-01 for $10 and immediately threw iGO on there to replace the awful stock software with maps from 2007.

Generally everything works great, except for two things:

1) Whenever I use the hardware volume button on the side, iGO opens the settings menu in addition to WinCE showing me the volume overlay. This is quite annoying since I have to exit the settings menu to get back to ...

I'm a newby with GPS and I'm struggling with my 'igo-primo'. When I try to enter a city ie Nakhon Ratchasima in this case, the screen automatically jumps to a different 'Nakhon Rat......'. It won't accept the city I want. I spelt it right but it auto jumps. Where have I gone wrong? Thank you

I have a chinese 2Din head unit running Wince6.0 and would like to know if it is possible to get the RDS signal to the Igo Primo 2.4. the head unit does not have a TMC module, but the FM radio has RDS, and I have seen in a thread else where, that someone made it working for smartphones.

Does anyone know where I can get the speedcam text file for South Africa for Igo Primo 2? I downloaded one off Pioplaza but it does not work and its the only one I can seem to find...:nightmare:

I notice that there is a Europe navteq 2013.Q2 map and a Europe teleatlas (TomTom) 2013.3 map available. Would someone be so kind as to explain what is the difference between these maps; which one is considered the most accurate and with more poi available. IE Which map system would one recommend over the other? Can the poi info be used interchangeably ie can you use the poi's of both offerings together at the same ...

i have a Mio Moov 300. i am now running iGo8 from the internal memory (no sd card) with limited space for maps.

i'm trying to configure my sys.txt file to allow me to move the content folder to the sd-card to have more room for additional maps.

can anyone help me do that?

Just a quick question.

In the download (gametime.rar) the generic pack for the Igo primo, there are two folders with three speedcam txt files in.

I`m using the SpeedCamText.txt file but I there is also SpeedCamTextUk .txt and SpeedCamText-mobile.txt

Which is the best one to use?
Does the mobile relate to mobile speed cameras or for use on mobile phones?
Can you have all three in the Speedcam folder without issues?
