Hi. I have a problem with a tomtom go 510, it doesn't take a satellite signal. I have updated the navcore with TomTom Home but it only offers me an update until navcore 7. Do you know if it is possible to put another navcore (9,541) to make it work? And where could I find it?

Best to use the forum to ask questions and say what Bluechart maps ,have you tried using unlocked Bluechart maps? what error does your device show, more information the better

I tried but long time ago however no solutions. The error am getting is "cannot authinticate". If you know how to unlock the bluechart maps for newer devices please help

TomTom has released for all these models an update of the last navcore in force before April 6, 2019. The version has increased from 9.510 to 9.541, to correct the bug of WNRO. On the other hand, no update of the navcore Truck 9.702 has been proposed by TomTom, so that the problems of the GPS using this navcore have not been solved.

The ultimate solution: update the firmware.
