Do these need an unl file to be generated? Haven't had to deal with unlocking maps in 5 years, but it seems gimgunlock doesn't do anything

Tell us what device, these maps are already unlocked with gimgunlock, which still works on older devices, some newer may require Patching and the latest devices cannot use these unlocked maps at all.

It is a Garmin 2020 - Kenwood in dash gps. Maps and everything are being loaded from microsd.
I tried checking that patch page for the list, but the link for the items it supports is dead.
