Assigning icons to kml files.

Could anyone please tell me if we can add our own bmp files to assign to .kml files which are in content/userdata?I know there is a folder called content/usericon but i cant find the content of this folder on my device. Are these bmps added to the icons aleady contained within primo 2 or am i looking in the wrong place?Thanks for any help.

I think (not sure at all, certainly not about Primo) that when the userdata file has the same name as the usericon file, the icon is automatically linked at the subject userdata.

Only there might be an issue here that you may have to put the name of the icon in the header of your KML file:

Code:: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <kml xmlns="http://earth.google.com/kml/2.1"> <Document><name>[color=#ff0000]YourPOI[/color]</name> <metadata><igoicon><filename>[color=#ff0000]YourPOI[/color].bmp</filename></igoicon></metadata>

I have never done this, it's something I picked up. Anyway the basic advice as usual: backup before modifying !!!
