I would like update my map on Tomtom one (4n00.004)

I changed my map last year, I have a 2gb sd card in it now. looking to install United_States_2gb_850.2782. Don't know if I can use this map. Not sure how I did it last year. Thanks

well since u got a 2GB SD card,

take MAP --> North America 2GB 850.2781 --> Here!

insert SD Card in GPS then Connnect GPS to PC

now extract MAP folder to your SD Card....

download KEYGEN 4.1D --> Here!
(make sure to ignore your antivirus alerts... this KEYGEN is 100% clean)

now extract content somewhere on your PC and run Tomtom4.exe

once it shows up,
click MAKE MAP KEYS
then click CREATE DCTs
and ignore truck map error message....

your done...
disconnect GPS from PC
and check if it works!!

Thanks, installed map, ran Tomtom4 and it keeps saying error tomtom not connected to usb. It is connected ??

remove SD card,

connect TomTom to PC

run TomTom4.exe

now do u get the same error message?

if not, then put in SD Card while GPS is connected to PC,

click MAKE MAP KEYS
then click CREATE DCTs

I got keygen to work,but after I disconect from computer and turn it on tomtom says no map installed. I am using united states 850.2782_ 2GB.

Confirm that your unit does not have internal memory, and is SD card only.

As Tendriver said The map provided above by Eskro[color="Red"] is not compatible[/color] with your old navcore and also [color="Red"]you have a v 1x bootloader (1.0012)[/color] Please read this thread below before any upgrade is attempted

Yes my bootloader is 1.0012 but my navcore is 7.903. The map chart says this map should work with this navcore. Maybe I should just leave it with the 825.2210 map I put in last year?

You will need to patch your ttsystem file or PNDNavigator file if present and the map will work as long as the map chart sais it will. so please confirm you have patchd them files i reccomend using yDG tool for patching system files ;)

Also please tell me what map you are trying to use again, thanks

Trying to use united states 850.2782 2gb, I have easyusetools need to know what order to do things? Patch ttsystem with blank sd card? or with old map or new map on it? Thanks

There is no correct order to do things. I suggest using KEYGEN 4.1D. It is much more user friendly. The meta.txt in it will need to be updated. Install the new map & run 4.1D "Patch system" & "Make map ket".

Couldn't get keygen 4.1d to find device, tried using easyusetools and it said map not for this navcore. Should I change the navcore or just leave it with 225.2210 map?

Are you running keygen 4.1D as admin ? and also you can use yDG Tool to patch the ttsystem/PNDNavigator files
