Tomtom ONE (4N00.012)

Hi. I have a TomTom One (4N00.012). On the SD card I have maps Germany, Austria and Svicarska.Can do we explain which maps I need and how to make update.

Eastern Europe gives 85% coverage for Croatia with connecting roads for Bosnia, but no maps give coverage of Bosnia.
