Fleet 670 problem

Hello,

My first post.

I got this Fleet 670 device and I trying to get into.
Garmin Express and Fleet updater don't see my device.
I see it in windows explorer as a Media device (internal storage) but windows does not assign a drive letter.

Is there way to get around this ?

Welcome to the forum.
I've had 20-30 of these fleet 670 never seen this issue first try to use the latest Garmin Express not WiFi.

Edit:
So you cannot see any of the files in the internal storage.
Before you post, "The archive is corrupt or damaged"
Please make sure your archive software is up to date or just Use the latest [Please Register or Login to download file]
