Fleet 670 problem

My first post.

I got this Fleet 670 device and I trying to get into.

I've had 20-30 of these fleet 670 never seen this issue try to use the latest Garmin Express not WiFi

Please make sure your archive software is up to date or just Use the latest [Please Register or Login to download file]

Garmin Express and Fleet updater don't see my device.

I see it in windows explorer as a Media device (internal storage) but windows does not assign a drive letter.
