Fleet 670 problem

Hello,
My first post.
I got this Fleet 670 device and I trying to get into.
Garmin Express and Fleet updater don't see my device.
I see it in windows explorer as a Media device (internal storage) but windows does not assign a drive letter.
Is there way to get around this ?
