Hi guys. I live near Brisbane in Australia and I'm thinking about purchasing a second-hand TomTom Start 25 from someone in Sydney. Looking at compatibility charts and such through Navitotal and the other GPS sites, this device seems like it would be capable of handling a truck map. I work for a transport company so this device would be invaluable for avoiding low bridges, finding alternative routes etc.
My questions are:- Would this Start 25 be able to use a truck map? Is there a current - or close to current - Australia truck map? Would there be any real issues with attempting this? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks and talk soon.
