Hello, Dear GarminNuvi, I have a problem with the Garmin Drivesmart 76, I just upgrade the firmware by Garmin Express software, but when it completed, the machine cannot work and boot start again and again.
Now I find I can use sd card to install the upgrade firmware, but I can't find the firmware download link on Garmin's website.
If you have the firmware, would you please upload the Firmware and then maybe I can fix the machine?

Your device should have HWID 3817, the firmware is not .GCD it is B381700.update package 105 MB on the latest devices Garmin Express copies it to the .system folder where the device will install it on the re start.
Look on you PC if you just updated it should be in
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\PrimaryFirmware\PrimaryFirmware_PrimaryFirmware.006-B3817-00.8.50.0

Hello, colleagues, I have been given a Garmin Nuvi 710 stuck on the Garmin logo and I cannot access the content, could you send me firmware to recover it?

There are 2 different FW's used on the Zumo 396 dependent on location, confirm your device's before using.

Look in your garmindevice.xml to confirm your HWID then search this thread using the HWID.

Welcome to the forum.

Instructions
Show Spoiler
Make sure your device is fully charged.
Unpack contents to fresh SD card formatted FAT32(the Garmin folder on to the empty SD card)
Ensure your device is fully OFF (not in standby), insert the card in device and power on.
"Loader" will appear on screen for a while then the device will boot up when the flash of patched firmware is complete.
Your device may reboot its self during the process just be patient.
Your SD card will have a new file named 154.bin this is a backup of the device's non-volatile memory region and may save your device later if needed, so keep a copy of it somewhere safe.

After you have Patched your device go and download Southern Europe
