Would be interested to know what you need it for ?
If you have the device up to date you could find it on your PC yourself in
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Firmware\Firmware_Firmware.006-B3491-00.4.50\gsup\006-B3491-00\4.50\full

I have one dēzl OTR700 and I want to convert from US to EU map, what must to be changed to work properly

There is no USA specific FW version, your HWID 3491 determines it.
I believe dēzl OTR700 cannot be Patched to enable it to use unlocked maps.

Not use or use unlocked maps ? Need patch firmware ??
