If you have the device up to date you could find it on your PC yourself in

I have one dēzl OTR700 and I want to convert from US to EU map, what must to be changed to work properly

There is no USA specific FW version, your HWID 3491 determines it.
I believe dēzl OTR700 cannot be Patched to enable it to use unlocked maps.

Do you know how I can make this firmware CURE version . With GarminCure3 do not work .
