my first post

I've been playing around with trying to get an OBD2 car diagnostic program running on a Chinese GPS running WinCE 6.0, using a bluetooth ODB2 adapter in the car. I've had success with running the program on a similar handheld device, but would like to get it going on my car GPS.
It is a flip-up unit that mounts on a car dash:

Through trial and error I've been able to get Windows Commander running, and access to control panel, but the bluetooth control panel is missing, even though it is present and working on the device for phone calls.
I've like to add a bluetooth stack to the car GPS; widcomm or BlueSoleil or Microsoft, doesn't matter
Can anyone recommend how I go about this and make the changes permanent on the device?
