I installed TomTom to my Galaxi Note2. when run it says "unable to connect to TomTom" any help please, thanks.

I have IGO8 8.3.2.93112 which seems to work OK but there are seceral settings that it wont save. Most setting save just fine but others will not. For instance setting the Speed Warning within built up areas to 110% saves ok but the general speed slider setting does not save. I loaded the map on my HCT HD2 activated it and it worked fine. Then I removed it again to replace it with the downloaded Europe 900.4600 only to find out that no meta was available for this map.
I deleted that map, reloaded Europe_South, ran Fastactivate as before got no error messages and it showed the map in the log but when I try to select it in TomTom it tells me that it ...
