I installed tomtom europe v1.3 into my android phone. I can't activate the speedcam because the program can't find ttgo.bif or ttnavigator.bif. where can I find these files?

hi trying to download europe map but there all offline is it something at my end or are they all offline ? ive tried europe , western europe ?

After changing the battery in my TomTom 730 I now have an excellent battery life... but no Bluetooth. I can enable & disable it, but cannot connect to a bt device. When I try to scan it pops up no device detected without even attempting to scan. Anyone know much about the motherboard on the 730? Have I killed the bt module?
