My Binatone B350 has been running (TT, Amigo etc) fine for over a year, but has had very little use as it's my spare machine. Out of guarantee though, obviously. Suddenly it fails to boot - and after a minute goes to a blue screen with the words "Recover the hive partition". Nothing I do (including pushing the hidden reset button) seems to make any difference. Is it bricked? Will it make any difference if ...

I am now using the new primo version 2.0 and was wondering how to make it turn off automatically when the power is disconnected and turn back on when power is restored to the unit as per my previous version i was using primo 1.2.

the unlocked one. use a cracked mapInstall

i am able to put on the maps on a SD card and run it in the Garmin. problem is.
when i install the complete map. it will not work. it does not see the maps.
when i install allot of the area. it wil work but bot correctly. i keep getting the question which province? and ...

I know most of these newb questions are probably irritating, and I don't *think* I'm a complete knob...but before I turn my GPS into a paperweight I thought it would be best to post about what I'm about to do and what I'm unclear on.

1. I DLed USA_and_Canada_865_3261 from a torrent site (< 1GB)
2. I copy/pasted the current files at the root of my device to a folder on my desktop ...

It seems to me that iGO Primo 1.2 on Windows Mobile is about the best of the bunch right now. If someone wanted to pay good money for it, where and how can they get it? Buying it on a device would be fine - perhaps even preferred.
