I saw a thing in the tutorials to give you automatic information (which I've posted below) which should give you more details about my specific device.

Need any advise about Tomtom V7.9 installed on PND China 800x480 WinCE6. Malaysia&Singapore map has been instaled on folder \SDMMC\Navigator\Mal_Sing\

My device has the TMC receiver built in. I'm using Primo2. TMC is detected.

In the TMC folder there are several files, for example: UnitedKingdom-TrafficMaster.tmc, or France-ViaMichelin.tmc.

Do I understand that you require these files for TMC to work in the specific country?

Where would I get files for Toronto Canada, or USA?

As you know, we can't purchase subscriptions anymore, but if we could, would a file be generated and placed into the TMC ...

Simple unrare file and copy it to ur mmc put it in ur car builtin gps dvd player give path garmin/rungmxt/garmin and run it in ur chinease car dvd player

I think the problems are related to the way the map is installed and selected.
Example: 860map is installed and running fine, new 880 map get's added and activated - all fine device boots and you switch to the new map in the menu.
860map is installed and working, new 880 is added and the old map deleted - many devices will hang and stop to work normally.
