I have performed quite a lot of updates of (old) TomTom's and have learned a lot from them.
(Side remark: Although only yesterday I first 'ran into" a 2004 Go Classic with NC 4.420 and Benelux map v390.
Also a One First Edition with NC 5.410 and Benelux map v605...

I found no area to create a new account in Chinese web site.
I created a new account in English web site and logined already but when I switched to Chinese web site, there was in non-login status.
So I have no idea how to normally process in www.navitotal.cn.com.
