I am looking for English US female voices to install on my GPS I am rebuilding the software after I accidently deleted it while trying to do an update. I have iGO Primo 2.4 WinCE 6.0. Everywhere I Iook I run into dead ends, files deleted/removed etc.

My Alpine INA W920 R navigation unit in my camper does not recognize the Speedcam.spc files, only
the .TXT files. The files I found are pretty old,(the youngest is 2018, an 2022 file does not work....)
The Alpine works fine with (patched) IGO Primo.
Is it possible to convert .SPC files into .TXT files, or do I have to change something in the System file?
