I've been trying to fix my navigation for a long time to no avail.

How do you update the RHB 13? I did the usb in the head unit to try update and I see all these people posting they have all these files they replace and such, but my usb only has the garmin.txt it had me create that is blank and a garmindevice.xml file that goes to the web browser. No other files ...

Before I get beat up with insults. Ask me how I know this, because I have been searching for hours and days even months on how to update my navigation. I have tried numerous maps and flashing and nothing has worked. Everything I am looking at in the forums is really old with no updates. Not just this forum but others. I just keep coming up with tons of missing downloads of maps and software ...

First post here
I have an RHB radio in my T&C.
I was able to add the US 2026.10 map using gmapsupp.img
I then named the Canada and Mexico map gmapsupp1.img
The US map flashed fine, but the canadian map wouldn't flash. I then changed the Canada map to gmapsupp.img and it doesn't detect it as a supplimental map.
I have the file structure e:\garmin\gmapsupp.img on a fat32 formated usb
Can anyone please ...

I have the uconnect 8.4a (ra3) unit with the old 2014 maps that id like to update. what files are need to be transfered to the usb for map update? having a garmin folder with files in it doesnt seem to be for this system. thanks in advance.

since December 2024 I'm a happy owner of a used facelifted Jeep Compass modelyear 2017 with a Uconnect 4 car radio (Panasonic VP4R with maps "EUROPE-MY17.5_GR18.7.0-20170718-G071" and 8.3" touchscreen display).
