I did the usb in the head unit to try update and I see all these people posting they have all these files they replace and such, but my usb only has the garmin.txt it had me create that is blank and a garmindevice.xml file that goes to the web browser. No other files ...

I have an RHB radio in my T&C.
I was able to add the US 2026.10 map using gmapsupp.img
I then named the Canada and Mexico map gmapsupp1.img
The US map flashed fine, but the canadian map wouldn't flash. I then changed the Canada map to gmapsupp.img and it doesn't detect it as a supplimental map.
I have the file structure e:\garmin\gmapsupp.img on a fat32 formated usb

I have the uconnect 8.4a (ra3) unit with the old 2014 maps that id like to update. what files are need to be transfered to the usb for map update? having a garmin folder with files in it doesnt seem to be for this system. thanks in advance.
