I would like to ask is there any working solution to receive RDS-TMC in Hungary, or is it encrypted/licensed?

Is this still relevant?
Or can TTActivator do all this with the RDS-TMC function?
I am using TTActivator but can't get TMC working. It used to work.
(GO 720 + original TMC-dongle)
