Hello

I have a similar problem when connecting Garmin to my computer but my computer don't recognize the device.
I have a Garmin Zumo 396

I see that this problem has been reported but unfortunately I can't find a solution.

I have tried different cables, different computers and operating systems. Still no luck.

When I connect Zumo to my computer, a message appears that
a USB connection was detected and entering file transfer mode
Unfortunately, the computer does not see the device. Garmin Express, Javawa does not see it.
I have changed MTP settings (MTP Auto Detect, Mass Strorage, Mass Storage Single session), restarterd but no progress.

The inernar memory is almost full and I cant update the map

Does anyone have heard to solution
