I've been trying to fix my navigation for a long time to no avail.

How do you update the RHB 13? I did the usb in the head unit to try update and I see all these people posting they have all these files they replace and such, but my usb only has the garmin.txt it had me create that is blank and a garmindevice.xml file that goes to the web browser. No other files were pulled to be able to replace.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
