Can anyone help? I have a Garmin Nuvi 775T. Does anyone know if this device supports unicode? I have found a torrent to download the 2015 maps in unicode (currently downloading) but don't know if I can use it (also downloading non- unicode 2014 maps just in case).

I can't say with certainty but I "don't think" a model as old as the 775 supports unicode.

It won't hurt to try though. Good luck.

I once tried unicoded maps in my 765 and they did not work.
