Excuse my ignorance but what is the CID number please, I am looking forward to updating my maps for my R-link 2 Kadjar 2016 plate T.I.A.

Hi, i am getting error “problem with map: you cannot use this map on this device: Europe-103680” on Kangoo 2015 with R-link tomtom live, why is this? And what is the CID number?

This is because you need to buy from AliExpress a SDcard with that CID number. Search on AliExpress the sellers that can write that CID like this [Please Register or Login to download file]
After purchase you need to tell the seller that CID
