BMW x3 navigation

Hi,
Would like some advice on a BMW X3 F25 series, asking for my brother as he has bought this bmw but can't seem to find anything to do with navigation on his system, would like to know if this bmw has it or does it need to be installed and if anyone has an installation disk or where to get this from would be greatly appreciated thanks Mark....

As usual with BMW, everything is a bit complex. :-(
Have a look @ bimmer-tech.net : you should find some explanations... and maybe solutions.
