do what i instructed you to do above. make a backup on your computer first of the internal files/folders, delete them from the internal and then just copy the files/folders to the internal from the download.

the problem is that i recevied the unit just like this 
without backup and with the mio map v3 dvd
but the problem is that windows 7 and xp won't recognize it !

so when you plug the device into the computer nothing comes up in my computer? you need the mio transfer hack download to see the internal files.
