PE Info, Find out what Dll's your applications need.

Copy to your device
Run PEInfo.exe.
Tap File->Open.
Browse to the .exe.
Wait while it's analysed.
Tap Info->Import for the list of Dll's called by the application and whether they've loaded or not.
