Thank You, cool software!

Is there any chance of downloading speedcams via command line?

Hello!

Trying the following command without luck TTActivator 1.20.0.0
Code: Select all
TTActivator download-map -r "Europe" -v "1150" -k "nav3-fuji" -t "%TEMP%" -o "%CD%"

I got
Code: Select all
Loading: Europe - v1150 - nav3-fuji
[ERROR] The current configuration is not valid, skipping...

Press any key to continue...

Any idea?

Thanks

Hello,
With TTActivator I never wrote any command line.
Every step (download or activation) was selected by hand in the main menu.

Sorry if this is a dumb question i normally download a map manually but i want to try ttactivator so i am new with this application so sorry it got asked before but i never saw a solution
Is there a way to download a specific map version instead of just the map "number"
For example instead of just specify map number 1155 for europe, there are a few different versions in 1155 europe like 12948 and 12877 and so on
Can we type to select which version of 1155 or otherwise how do we know which version we download?
Thank you

Hello @tosh1,

You need to know some informations :

1) what device do you have : Nav2, Nav3, Nav4 ? "high-level-u" map is for Nav2, "nav3" for Nav3 and Nav2.
Nav3 maps can also be used in Nav2 devices. Optimized for Nav2 if you're short of memory.

2) what size is your inner memory ? 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb ? Can you add a SD Card ? 1 to 16 Gb, max 32 Gb.

3) what coverage do you need ? what countries ? Search "Coverages" and choose the minimum area. Don't bother with countries you'll never go this year.

4) Is there a known metacode ? Most recent maps are 1155, 1150. Search "Full set of metacodes".

5) Then you can open TTActivator and select the right values.

Hi @jcoltrane thanks for the reply
I have figured out how to use ttactivator to download maps, but my question is that can it be possible to download specific map number build where sometimes there are many instead of just as an example choose 1150 or 1155 is it possible to choose 1150_12726 or 1150_12722 or 1150_12721 (this is just example to show what i mean)
If it is possible how do we specify the exact map build? If we just must choose 1150 or 1155 then how do we know which build we are downloading and maybe it dont have meta for that build number, but we may need to choose another build number that does have meta
If i put the full build nuber in command line it gives error and also if i use gui and fill in with full map build number it also dont work and gives error, and both only work with using the map number example 1150 but not the build number
Thank you
