cant get it to run, downloads as a zip file but when i try to run it to extract just says cant run archive

No, it's a rar file so you must use minimum WinRAR version 5.0 to extract the archive.

You could be having problems if you're using 7-zip or similar

No, you must have WinRAR installed although you only need to download the trial version

I've found that 7-zip will work on *.rar files 99% of the time.
Including this one dated 23-09-17.
Only twice in my life have I needed to use a Rarlab product.

Error in latestfastactivate.rar with winrar

Extract rar file ok with Androidphone and Zarchiver
@++
Edit 2 ok after updating winrar to V 5.50

Just tried to download the latest version and I can say that it crashes right away when executed on Windows 10 64bit, while on Windows 7 32bit works perfectly, in my case extracted from the archive with the latest version of 7zip.

For half an hour I was tired of activating maps for fastactivate (because I did not even allow thinking that the program is without new meta files) until i've noticed that this is an old version.
How is it possible that the program has the date March 25, 2018?

FastActivate contains all of the current meta codes available regardless of the date shown on the program

Run FastActivate on device > select option 1 to get Updated_meta.txt file > rename that file to META.txt > select option 2 to activate your maps > done
