TTS sygic 12.1 wince

I have running Sygic 12.1 with 2013 maps.
i need 2014 maps is this possible?

and i need tts on sygic but how i do that?
i have downloaded the 2014 maps wit tts files but i don't know where to place that and how
activate the tts files.
