Hello, i have targa e3530n pna and i want to install igo, but my targa is locked, and i dont now how to put igo on it. Help me , please

A quick Google suggests that the launch application is an exefile called Traveller.exe in a folder named Targa.
Currently sleeping...

I managed unlocking of Targa 4330 with MioPocket mini and it runs iGO 8.3 and Amigo on a microSD card.

You don't unlock it, you replace it.
