Sygic 10 on WinCE 6 problem with post code search

Hi guys

I installed the GPS and maps into my car system it works but will only allow me to put in the full address and not post code but when I do a rest of the software it does show post code search but as soon as I turn off the car and turn it back on again the post code search has gone any ideas how to fix this.
