Sygic 13.2 for WinCE6 - Help needed

installed this but couldnt get maps to work, just left with the direction arrow with no roads shown, gps is working anyone know whats wrong?

I installed Sygic 13.1.1 from the link earlier, but when I run it I get the error "this is not a win32 application"

But in the RAR archive, it comes with a "Windows CE" folder.

Running the file on a normal Windows 7 PC also gives me the same error (but that is to be expected, as it should be a WinCE program)

Edit : is the linked version of Sygic 13.1.1 for ARM or MIPS ? I need to have MIPS version (if possible)

This version is for procesor ARM WinCE ..
I do not think you have a machine with a MIPS .. unless it is a radio car ..

When I put the latest maps TA:2015.12 they can't be loaded?
Could somebody help me?

Sygic 13.2.0 wince on Wayteq x 980bt works for me, but is damn SLOW, anyone has a solution for fixing this?
