Speedcam files without .ver files

With files .ov2, we have files .ver (a text with caracteristics of the speedcams) from the forum.

Example for Safety_Cam_NL_PremiumOv2.ver :

But not with the lastest speedcams from TTActivator. My question is simple : how to create or to download the file .ver for the version of the file .ov2 downloaded ??
Possible or not ?

Yes but I want to create a .ver file like the one supplied with speedcams "Latest SpeedCams updated 28-05-2020" because there is none with TTActivator uptodate radars. In addition, the first 2 lines and the last are easy to do with Notepad or Notepad ++, but not those with "version" and "rectangle".

Now, this line "version" is the one that interests me (ok, for nothing/fun but it's important to understand)
