When running SCDB29.03.rar.exe I get the error "This progam is blocked by group policy." How may I execute/unpack the file?

see where you click, no it is a .exe archive is a normal archive rar

I have fixed the error "This progam is blocked by group policy." Executing the file "SCDB29.03.rar.exe" insists upon downloading and installing a downloader which, in turn, attempts to install several pieces of unwanted software.
This is the result of clicking "29.03 2015"button in the "Hidden Conten (for members onyl)" box.

1)frist of all they aren't copy paste, because write just check
2) download and check the content.
3) mobili is a type of autovelox, i don't know why you replay without sense.

i know it's in italian because i post same thing also on other forum, i from italy and i also post on Italian forums

I downloaded the "SCDB_TT_World_Mobili_07052015.rar".

Where to extract it?

About 12 months ago NYKY's world shrank, he started omitting a number of countries and the odd continent from the SCDB. He doesn't appear to be responding to requests.

I use the ov2, bmp and ogg files from folder number 2.

(It includes Australia and New Zealand.)
