The latest firmware available is 4.50 Garmin has advance what your device is displaying.
I suspect this is a newish purchase, Garmin has previously on other devices advanced the FW version to the next one in the garmindevice.xml so the current version 4.50 installed can't be over written/Patched.

Using the two Patch tools we can advance the firmware version to 4.62 so WebUpdater will be able to update 4.60

Something is strange as it seems you have Lifetime map updates for Europe , All North or All South are the two parts of FULL Europe.
Your device doesn't have enough space in the internal storage but Garmin Express should suggest using an SD card ??
