Please use the search function with your HWID 4336 before you post as it answered your question.
If you cannot find a Patch that would indicate your device is unable to be Patched .If someone is able to get though the encryption successfully this forum would light up with Posts.

This device does NOT need Patching to use Unlocked maps, if you use the "Thumbs Up" button we can see which maps. Go back to the thread you download from & tell us which specific map so it can be fixed/checked

Hi,
Is there a working patch available for:
<PartNumber>006-B3546-00</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>1410</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>ECHOMAP UHD 62cv</Description>

Trier001 wrote:I have a Garmin Echomap UHD 62cv chirp <Model><PartNumber>006-B3546-00</PartNumber><SoftwareVersion>1410
The patch does not seem to work. I cannot roll back (power on and up arrow) the firmware. It displays Recovery Loader Ready but does nothing further.
Active Captain also sees an upgrade (the patch firmware) but does not install it.
Is there a solution for these units?

Thank you,

Hello,
I have done my research but the links on the first post do not work and i am a bit lost.
Apparently my device is locked, because when i put in SD unlocked maps, they are not loaded.
Is there any solution for my device?

<PartNumber>006-B1138-00</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>300</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>zūmo 220</Description>

EDIT: I found out that i was using wrong maps. When tried the correct unlocked maps, everything seem to work just fine!

Thanks for all the info is this site!

Hello group!
I tried to download the custom SD flash kit only for HWID 1932 devices (Nüvi 27x9), firmware version 8.80 as posted above but the link is broken.
Anyone could help?
Also, what are the direct consequences of flashing in relation to original software? Would it prevent me from future free downloads for the maps my unit has lifetime updating?
Thanks!

I find strange there are no instructives, or at least have not found them.
Also I want to flash a Nuvi 57 HWID 2087 v 460, what patch is available? Found none.
Best regards.

Use the search tool at the top of the thread Key Word "Instructions"
Coincidently answers both of your questions.

Warning this is not the correct Patch for the device you previously said you had with HWID 1932

Could anyone throw some ideas as to why the 2789 does not pick up the universal patcher?
I have found some instructions dating from 2015 but I am concerned these are grossly outdated.
I have patched 57 but not the 2789, it just boots straight to software.
Would it be that it is already patched and of so how to verify?
Any other options?
Thanks
